Checking The Exam Papers

Well, I always thought that checking papers were easy teachers would just give marks based on your answers they would give full marks. Oh ! I was right for intelligent students or for those students who write exactly same of the book or those who write to the point but situation goes out of hand if you are checking the answers of the students who write out of the book and use their imagination and describe as if they are describing a poem or a story related to that.

It was very difficult for me to check the papers because I had my exams going on and I was pressurized to give the marks on certain day however my teachers had given me some time to check the papers. Once you know the students you always expect high marks from them but some students make your hope flow into the water. Its like some students never learn and you feel like it's your fault that the student was unable to give the answers, I always told them that if any of you have problem then ask me but no they would not they would make noise and talk with friends rather than studying and listening to the teacher. For grade 10 it was the hardest experience because they were teenagers and we should deal with them with more love rather than being angry because they would be angry if we scolded them every time.


I checked the papers and gave them marks but each time I give the marks to the students they would compare the marks the marks with other students so you must not make any discrimination here. If you do that then there comes a complain why this much for me and why that much for him/her. Students copy during exam but they make mistakes we may be in fresh mood while checking one student copy and sometimes the mood may be changed so does the marking system so this cause the problem and we are forced to face the problem.

First Experience Of being a teacher

Well, it was 17 April, Monday 2017 when I became a teacher at the school where I got my schooling and it's name is Universal College Preparatory School. New faces, first classes was a bit nervous but I didn't show it to my students. When I entered the class room they laughed may be it was my height that they were laughing at because I was just 5.3 feet but the students were tall.


 I was very friendly to the students because I thought that becoming friendly strngthens the realtion between teacher and students and they could ask the questions which they do not know. I explained them about the scope of Information Technology so that they could be intrested in this field. But when I asked them about their aim no one was intrested. I was so sad not even a single student. was intrested in this field.

I asked their name. On that very day how could remember more than 70 names.  O MG! it was awful to remeber names but my teachers had told me to remember their names so that we could evaluate and act accordingly to improve their studying conditions so i remembered a few names. My last class was class 5 the most irritating class . Every students were complaining and telling sir, sir. As if they were born to complain.  Any way it was fun that day, my first experience to be a teacher.
